Not suitable for international people at all. No english speakers in the hotel. Food is very chinese and low quality. The lounge is overpriced.

High quality at a good price.

The downside of this hotel is the location if you want to be close to West Lake. For us though, the very low taxi fares make this a secondary problem. The hotel is 5 star by most criteria and it includes an extensive buffet breakfast.

服務好，適合商務出差的飯店

服務非常好。不管是住宿登記、上下車，服務人員都很能夠主動提供協助。飯店的位置在杭州偏北，進城需要一點時間，但距離快速道路不遠，所以不管是進城或到機場，都很方便。小瑕疵是，客房的清潔度小有不足，一些角落的區域有一些小垃圾和髒污沒注意到，但看到時還是覺得有點小不舒服。

Perfect except for the location

It's a new hotel with good sized rooms and a very luxurious bathroom with a big bathtub, sparate shower and toilet cubicle. Nice view from the 22nd. floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet very good for chinese standards. Location is a bit of a drawback if you visit the tourist attractions on the west side as it is a good 30 minute drive there. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend it to anybody for the less than US$100.- rate offered.

Check in was a bit difficult because staff could not find booking, but able to show confirmation on phone so okay. Room beautiful and well appointed. As good is any big international hotel and all new. RMB30 taxi ride to Westlake. Buffet breakfast surprisingly good for a Chinese hotel. Plenty of variety as well as fruits and salad. Surprised to find a simple cheese platter. Coffee and bread not much good, but overall exceeded expectations.
