Better not again.

Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou.

Charges

We have booked for two person to stay in the hotel, but the promotion only comes with 1 person breakfast. So to say, it's either you pay for the additional person breakfast charge or you pay for the next person breakfast or both of your don't take your breakfast. As our flight back was late night, for our own comfort for shower an change, we decided to pay of the additional half day stay in the hotel. The hotel half day ends at 6pm, we request to check-out at 7pm, they obliged to our request. Unfortunately, when we back to the hotel after our last day trip, the room key was de-activated and we have to go down to the reception to have it activated again. These did delay us in conforming the check-out time and we only manage to check-out before 715pm(evening), the hotel manager demand us to pay for the whole day hotel charges and claim that we had exceeded the half day stay by 15 minutes. Only after our explanation that the key was de-activated and we have to get it activate and also our persistency, then the hotel manager tell us that he will try his best to waive off the whole day charge. Our point of view is on the 15 minutes delay, is the hotel that stringent that they do not give any allowance time?

Très bon hôtel avec excellent service

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable, magnifique petit déjeuner. Rapport prestations vs prix incroyable! Le service de conciergerie m'a rendu un grand service en retrouvant le taxi qui nous avait transporté de la gare à l'hôtel et dans lequel j'avais oublié mon passeport en arrivant le premier jour. Un grand merci!

樓高33層，餐廳可眺望杭州全境，是一間很有氣派的酒店。

鄰近地鐵站、火車站和公交車站，距離開往機場的大巴站亦很近，所以交通十分方便。酒店距離西湖景區亦不遠，附近有多條公交路線前往。酒店環境清靜，大堂寬敞，是一間不錯的酒店。

Excellent hotel with very high Value

Locates right next to a subway exit gives it very easy connections within or inter-cities. Maybe cause I got the promotion rate including breakfast, the value is very high. The breakfast is very good and locates at 33rd floor with great view.

杭州駅周辺でホテルを探しておりました。 西湖にも近くの繁華街で、食事もすることができました。観光にも良いところだと思います。 受付や従業員の態度も良く、部屋も清潔でした。 評価が低いので心配しましたが、それほど悪くはないと思います。

駅が近くて良かった。

駅の真ん前で目立つからちょっと離れてもホテルが見えて迷わない。 レイクビューだけど西湖は遠くて大して見えない。 風呂は夜景を見ながら入れて最高。 エクスペディアの地図が全然違って1時間迷った。 ホテルのホームページ見て行くべし。

숙박했던 방은 비즈니스 룸, 레이크뷰 입니다. 가격은 세금포함 하루 20만원 정도 선이었습니다. 방과 화장실 사이즈도 넉넉하고 전망이 좋습니다. 호수가 아주 가까이 보이는 것은 아니지만, 괜찮았어요, 4~5성급 호텔 중간 정도의 안락한 느낌을 받았습니다. 주변이 특별히 번화하지 않았다는 것이 단점인데 항저우기차역과 지하철역이 바로 붙어있어서 이동하기는 여러모로 편해요. 가격대비해서 좋습니다. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔이나 하얏트리젠시에 묵으면 좋겠지만, 가격도 생각해야 하니깐요.

Nice Chinese hotel in down town.short taxi ride

Hotel is not International but Chinese. It is very nice with great location on metro and shortvtaxi ride to the lake. Rooms are small but pretty and cozy. Best of all is that restaurant on the top floor has great international food and great view. Wifi works great. Service is nice. Real nice experience for foreigner in Chinese hotel!

In your website (expedia.com.hk), there is a misleading information about the hotel amenities. The photo gallery had given me an incorrect understanding that there would be an indoor swimming pool in the hotel. However it did not exist -- making us victims of misleading advertising. When being queried about the swimming pool issue, some of the hotel staff greeted us with no-smiling and even unfriendly attitude. Besides there was never any smiling or morning greeting from the hotel staff at all during our 4-night stay there.

離杭州火車站（城站）只需步行３分鐘，乘搭高鐵十分方便。 早餐非常豐富，且算便宜，只需９８元。３３樓餐廳景觀一流。 但雙人房間只包一人早餐，有點怪。

立地条件・設備環境ともに良好

杭州駅（火車）及び地下鉄駅が近いので、西湖にも行きやすく、かつ空港や上海との行き来にも便利です。周辺の道路も整備が進んでいて歩きやすいです。又客室も広くて余裕があり、快適に過ごせます。

Westliches Hotel in Hangzhou

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Auch ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Sessel waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen, wobei ich den Fernseher im Badezimmer schon übertrieben fand. Das WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert und die Aussicht von den oberen Stockwerken ist nicht schlecht, solange das Wetter mitspielt natürlich. Die Metro-Station sowie der Hauptbahnhof sind direkt nebenan, so dass man überall gut hinkommt (z.B. zum Ost-Bahnhof von wo die Hochgeschwindigkeitszüge abfahren). Auch der Westsee und der Wulin-Platz sind nicht weit - per Metro oder gar zu Fuss. An der Rezeption wird Englisch gesprochen.
