The room was clean, the staff was extremely accommodating, and the atmosphere of the hotel was just so cool. There are plenty of things to do within the hotel such as a very nice 24-gym, pool table & ping pong tables, Starbuck, office space(s), and plenty of places to just hang out. The location is near a mall, water, and plenty of places to eat. Let's go back to the staff, they were superb! I wish I knew all of their names, but Sun, Addison, Mia, Frank, and Team went above and beyond to make sure I was take care of. I speak zero Chinese, but they made sure I could get to all of my appointments, awoke on time, and got the things I needed (even outside the hotel). At one point I was lost in the city, i called the staff and they sent a taxi to pick me up. I have nothing, but great things to say about Canopy at Jinsha Lake. I will return there soon.

Canopy by Hilton was lovely! The common areas and room were both so spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet option is a must! And staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the hotel was magnificent. The only thing I'd like to point out is the aircon was centralised which it gets too hot or too cold at different time of the day.

Overall the hotel is nice, but unfortunately on the 10th floor from my room I could hear the elevator moving noise and a « bang » at each stop. This is truly not acceptable, a real lack of maintenance and design. They changed me room the next day. Also windows start to loose tightening and so we can hear the road noise.
