Nice hotel, not a central place.

Nice resort. Mainly visited by Chinese people so most of the staff is not speaking good English. The ones that do speak English really tried hard to help, though.

这是一家追求逼格高于舒适性的酒店

整个房间，除了那个马桶座圈，其他所有的设施都不舒适。酒店装修过于追求逼格，忘记了基础酒店的舒适性，什么都不实用，房间里也没有椅子，园景也鸡肋，外面放的椅子坐也不是，不坐也不是。住了一晚上，一点也没有休息好，反正以后不会再选择这家逼格略高的酒店了。

Excellent location! Pretty close to the scene spot with shopping center across the street. Plenty choices of food. The hotel room is a little too optical with almost no privacy inside. The only restaurant stops service some times for unknown reason. Love the library and the book store. Will be back again.

整体的感觉还是蛮不错的，酒店房间比较特别，属于比较低密度开发的。唯一美中不足的是浴室，浴缸造型很特别，但对于全家出游而言，还是希望要有一些遮蔽的浴帘等。

去之前很期待，去了以后略失望。我住的是跃层房。房间因为装修风格原因，不是很好打扫，比如楼梯上有头发等等没有打扫掉，床也理得不平整。主要问题在服务，为了构建家的氛围，感觉大堂服务人员不够职业，有时候出现两三个人管一个房客，其他房客没人管的情况。我下午6点多去还自行车，从门口到大堂竟然只有一个人。早饭东西少，而且不知道是不是大师傅缺经验，西点方面，特别是面包很不好吃，当然其他还可以吧。但是早餐吃羊排这种油腻的东西还是觉得比较奇怪，希望在这方面有提高。

古朴不等于粗糙——至花间堂

客房设计绝对有问题，整个房间无任何遮挡，包括马桶间和淋浴房，像我们这种带孩子去的怎么住啊？上个厕所就要把所有人都赶出去，至少应该有帘子可以遮挡，也可以敞开吧？只能说这个客房的设计师不懂生活，即使是情侣或者夫妻入住，马桶间总要有所隐蔽吧？全敞开这也不浪漫不私密呀~~。 还有我们的房间是阳光庭院房，房间里除了床以外最占地的就是一个大池子，小孩子绝对可以在里面游泳，可惜就是水泥砌成的，连浴缸都不是，我们家最喜欢泡澡的儿子都没敢下去，感觉下去一层皮都蹭掉了，房间里连沙发都没有，要坐的话只能坐在台阶上，房间里没有挂毛巾的地方，没有夜灯设计，也没有明亮的主光源。问题很多，可以看出酒店设计者的理念，但是古朴的概念不等于粗糙，该有的精致和生活品质还是需要保证的，希望能改进。

酒店位于西溪湿地西区内部 地理位置很好 整个环境细节设计到位 不足之处是酒店房间极少有朝南的 而且在房间墙上竟然有几处蚊子尸体 早餐品种不是很多 而且有些菜凉的很快 整体感受还是很不错的
