Lovely place in Hanga Roa

Had a amazing stay at Maria's place. Great break fast and lovely room. Short walking distance from city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cozy back yard with a pool if you want to relax.

Do not expect much the property is old and very far from all . Small bathroom and room some of furniture are hand made from the plywood. Close to the center of town. Breakfast are good hand made to order evrytime but same evry day (not much of vegetables)

We had a good stay and Maria was exceptionally helpful in organizing transfers, tours, and suggesting things to do. The staff were all polite and hard working, and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is made fresh every morning and was very tasty. We did have some discomfort with the excessive animal noise (dogs, roosters) through the night and into the morning as the rooms are not soundproof at all, and hot water for showers was inconsistent. We couldn't get our AC unit to work but it may have been a temporary issue as we weren't right into summer weather yet.

Hôtel confortable, calme, propre, avec une jolie piscine bien entretenue et un bon petit déjeuner. En revanche, il est très difficile d’obtenir de l’aide pour réserver des activités/circuits ou simplement poser des questions, la réception est vide en permanence et il n’y a pas de numéro pour communiquer, ce qui est dommage

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, ESPERO HOTELES.COM ME CONTACTE.....NO TENIA Y LO OFRECE, restaurant, servicios a la habitación, recepción ( una pecera que debías dejar la llave y retirar cuando llegabas ), TV, caja de seguridad, no sé que pasaba si se perdía algún elemento de valor, etc....no es HOTEL con suerte da para RESIDENCIAL , por el mismo valor había otra alternativa que SI ERA HOTEL y decía la verdad y que descartamos por la descripción ofrecida de esta RESIDENCIAL ..... lo único que salvó fue el desayuno atendido por un señor Tahitiano muy gentil y amable..... como dato: aún espero una bebida que pedí cuando debía coordinar con la guía que había contratado para los tours..... nunca tuvieron hielo para las bebidas que debíamos comprar fuera porque no contaba con servicios de bar ofrecidos..... cuarta vez que voy a la Isla y primera vez que me toca esto tan decepcionante para el turismo.... Saludos
