"I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. "The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate.
