"他県での大江戸温泉は何度か利用させていただいていますが、今回の岩手花巻には気になる点がありました。フロントの対応が冷たく一気にテンション下がり、客室にたどりつくまでに時間がかかり迷路のよう。ゆっくり過ごすはずが、逆に疲れました。 でもバイキングは、ゆっくり楽しめました。施設の造りは仕方ないとしても、社員のおもてなしの心は高めてほしいと思います。"
