"Pros - nice location. Right on the beach with fairly easy access. Relatively central to everything. Fairly clean. Staff were nice. Easy check-in / out. Cons - despite being offered on the property listing, we were told they do not offer pack and plays / cribs any longer since covid. We had planned on using one so ended up needing to run out late at night after arrival to buy a new one. This could've could've easily avoided if the listing would just be updated to be accurate, and we could've brought our own. I would say the breakfast was mediocre at best. They had your typical cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, etc, but we were disappointed finding out there weren't any hot foods at all (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc) though as usually that's an easy solution for the kids each morning."

"Stayed in doubled bed courtyard. Friendly staff. Issues with shower. It was clogged up with bugs coming out when not in use. Water was up to ankles while showering. There was only one small mirror in bathroom with power source by the sink for hair dryer/straightner. Walls were thin. We could hear neighbors. Overall it was stayable for the price. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff wasn’t necessarily the most helpful and there were a few stains in our room. At the restaurant, the waitress seemed to be rushing my husband and I during our anniversary dinner. Kind of a disappointing trip."

"overall my family had a great time at the Moxy vb. Loved it was oceanfront and valet parking is right across from the hotel. Our room did have a mini fridge which is a huge plus. Just wish they would add microwaves and it would've been perfect! There is one in the lobby to use but sometimes you just want to order door dash and stay inside. Each night was an activity at the bar. Never a boring night."

"This is an older property that can definitely use some upgrades. We were booked into a 'pool view' room, and it was horrible. Overlooked a parking lot, and it was very small. However, the staff was wonderful when we asked to change rooms. After paying a little extra for the upgrade, our 'ocean view' room was great! Very spacious, and the view was awesome. The property is at the very end of the promenade, which is a bit quieter, but very easy access to the beach. "
