"We stayed one night in a double queen room with our family of four. One thing that stood out to me was that the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door. With four people sharing the room, it just didn’t seem very fitting and would probably make more sense in a king room setup instead. The staff were all super friendly and attentive during our stay, which we really appreciated. The hallway carpets could definitely use a good cleaning since there were quite a few stains throughout the halls. Our room itself was clean overall, although we did notice one long strand of hair on a towel. I’m assuming it belonged to housekeeping, and honestly it wasn’t a huge deal since it was on the floor towel that goes beside the shower. The hallway ice machine also seemed to be struggling a bit because it was making some pretty loud noises. Overall though, we had a great overnight stay and enjoyed our visit!"

"The cockroaches did not help matters. I went and told the lady when I left on Sunday and she threw the bug in the garbage and walked away. Probably the worst staff member I had to deal with. Had to come home and make sure none of my items got in the house did not want to add that stress to my household at home. I thought I found a nice place to stay 😔 boy was I mistaken never again."
