"Stay away. This place is so bad. It's a slumlords rental it seems. Peeling paint, gross grouting around the toilet, doors that you have to fiddle with to get them to lock. Garbage all along the paths outside. I was put in one room that I could not get the door to lock. Roof of patio was falling down and leaking from rain. I got the girl to move us to another room, which seemed to be a little better. But no pillow cases on the pillows just old shams. I took off the shams and used a towel as a cover. Then the bathroom ceiling had water pouring down all over the floor and into the shower. No one is on duty late at night and management did not answer the phone. The next morning the water was all gone! It obviously was under the flooring and down the drain in the shower. It was obviously not the first time as the ceiling is soaking wet with paint peeling. The manager did not return my call so I called him around 2 that afternoon after I checked out at 9:30 am. He had no response except that his maintenance man would look at it. No apologies, no refunds. Trust me if I could have left I would have. I should have because I did not sleep! My friend didn't sleep. It was gross. While I was in office checking in a woman came in to pay rent. She stated that they stay there in the winter because it's what they can afford. This is a slum lord situation!"

"I needed an iron to iron my clothes and a blow dryer. Both of these things are generally in a hotel room but not in our room. Also, coffee was in the lobby not in the room. We would stay there again though. The ocean view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having a couch and chair too. Very nice stay. "

"There was poop crusted on the toilet when we got there. Our room was supposed to have a pull out sofa for our 3 child and it did not. The floors turned your feet black if you didn’t wear shoes. "

"Parking was easy, love the covered stairs. Top floor rooms definitely worth it as you have a nice porch, shared, but nice to sit out on. Not a bad price, doesn't offer anything other than a place to sleep but not bad rate in off season. They need to up the Ice availability and their morning snacks however. "

"The staff and hotel were great, but the bed and pillows were terrible. The pillows were so flat the the mattress is worn thin. Too bad, because everything else was great. "
