"The staff was phenomenal. Hotel could use a few updates but was still a great and safe place to stay."

"Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. They lied. Wahlburgers however ten out of ten. The general manager tried to credit us for part of our room, but we have no credit from the hotel as of yet even though she paid them in front of us in the lobby. She also gave us complimentary breakfast for my son’s birthday before our departure this morning."

"The front desk staff were some of the nicest people! Breakfast was standard hotel food, it was always clean and fresh. I didn't care for the coffee - but that's a personal preference. The room fridge did freeze everything in it without the option to regulate it. The bed was super comfy but the pillows were lumpy IMO. Overall great stay! Better than expected."
