"THIS property does not deserve the “exceptional” rating on the website. Shower head was too restrictive. Toilet could not flush simple toilet paper without clogging. Mattresses need to be replaced, both had swales on one side."

"This property is very dated and rundown, there were two rooms at the end of the hallway that were w/o a door and under construction, the entryway was very rundown and dirty. The building was dilapidated. We didn’t even sleep under the bed covers and items inside the room were very old dirty. There was no linen on the pullout bed with no extra linen/ pillows in the room to utilize, there was no garbage can in the bathroom. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. I’d never stay here again & do NOT recommend it."

"Great experience. Hot breakfast that changed daily, fitness room, regular rooms all clean. Good variety of snacks available. Negative is that the pool heater didn't work for the 4 days I was there and it didn't seem the staff was expecting it to be fixed and some didn't know it needed to be fixed."
