"Day shift woman was very friendly and helped us out however night shift man was rude and abrupt with us when we got back to hotel. But worse was to find bugs where the microwave, refrigerator was located. Too damn tired to go elsewhere "

"Normally I find Hampton Inn to be consistent, reliable and comfortable. Not a high end hotel but solidly GOOD. Not this one…. It was the most run down Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at, which you can feel as you first walk in. Beyond that, the water in my tub wouldn’t stop running even though it was fully turned off (not dripping, but a consistent stream of water), there were 3 tissues stuffed prettily into the tissue box and when I grabbed one, I found there was no tissue box at all - just the 3 stuffed into the top, my king bed had 4 standard pillows (vs king) and the bed squeaked when I rolled over, and one of the only two elevators was working. The front desk folks were nice and breakfast was decent, but I would never stay at this hotel again."

"Check-in was easy, room was clean. Lobby had a weird smell. One elevator was broken causing delays; often times you have to wait for it to go all the way up or down to use. Breakfast was dry. The eggs and sausage sat too long. They could make smaller batches and replenish more often."

"Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed"

"Was not clean! Walls were dirty. Saw cockroaches in the floor. No breakfast (stated breakfast included). Area is not safe. "

"I booked this location by mistake, then when I tried cancelling it 15 minutes later the receptionist shoo’d me away rudely saying “that’s Expedia’s problem”, then proceeded to duck all the calls from Expedia when they tried sorting out the issue."
