"First time staying at one of your hotels. We loved it! Spacious room! Great breakfast! Staff so friendly! Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and were so happy staying there. When the grandkids are happy, this grandma is super happy. Thank you for a great couple days. "

"What a great hotel! Everyone and everything was amazing! What impressed me was the ramp-style sidewalks leading from the parking lot to the doors. No lifting luggage over curbs or into the doors. There was so much green space for the dogs! It was very quiet. Breakfast was great! A very calm and peaceful environment. Many restaurants close by with some within walking distance."

"We were informed after paying for the room that their elevator was down and would not be repaired during our stay. We were told there was only a room available on the third floor. Thankfully she rechecked and was able to get us a room on the first floor that was just finished being cleaned. When we got to the room, the floor was sticky. They had a loose cover on the chair (I didn’t dare look under that) and the floor which was not carpeted was peeling up. The next morning we went to breakfast which we always look forward to at Holiday Inn Express only to find everything was out. No eggs. No cinnamon rolls. No toast or bagels. No oatmeal. No yogurt. Nothing….other than some sausage links. We waited for half an hour and nothing was replaced. I would understand if this was right before they were closing, but this was at 8am. I would not stay here again. First ever bad review of a HIE. "

"Check in was easy. The room was really nice, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There was a nice kitchenette with a stove, microwave and dishwasher with the fridge in the island between the kitchen and living area. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were softer than we like them. Breakfast in the morning was very organized and everything tasted great. Great stay!"

"The first room smelled of smoke, but the attendant was great in allowing us to change rooms. For a non-smoking hotel people have been smoking in their room. "

"Property os being renovated whiles staying.. Room upgrades wer nice.New carpeted areas nice. Paid for breafast and there was none due to construction material housed but was not taken off price nor stated on website. Overall after they finish renovations definity will score higher"
