Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was good as was the bed. Being a Brit I did miss having a kettle though!

Clean and efficient not for luxury stay

The hotel was conveniently located to public transportation. The breakfast service was OK. I wish the fresh fruits provided would’ve tasted better. (Not quite ripe). Also, I didn’t like that. The only way to communicate with reception was to go to the lobby because there were no phones available in the room.

Lovely room and service, but terrible bed,

Very nice looking room, everything was clean and seemed very new. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We barely got any sleep. Definitely the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Also, just a small side note, the shower didn’t have a door or curtain, so water got all over the floor. It would be nice if there had been a squeegee to get rid of some of the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and service minded and helpful. If not for the bed, I would have highly recommended this hotel.

I was bitten by something that left my shoulder itching and spots of blood on the bed sheets. Tell tale sign of bedbugs! The manager was dismissive and even suggested that I was lying! I have pictures of my arm and the blood stained bedsheets. Manager did nothing!

The hotel itself is good, looks smart and trendy and all that. The lift that was (meant to be) going to my room was broken for the three days I was there, so get another lift on the other side of the hotel and walk through the roof top or with the same lift go up to third floor walk through hotel and walk up one floor. Gym was small but okay if no one else was there. No one bothered to clean my room although I didn't give instructions to skip cleaning. The bathroom fan was hangin to one side on the wall and probably has been like that for quite a while. The surroundings left room for improvement. Dirt, smell, homeless people and some on drugs as you walked towards the hotel. I will definitely not ever return.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr gut und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft fiel uns allerdings auf, dass die Gardine im Zimmer vermutlich mit Erbrochenem verschmutzt war. Wir haben dies sofort gemeldet, und obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, hat das Team umgehend eine Lösung gefunden und uns auf eine Suite upgegradet – wirklich toller Service! Die Suite war sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso das Zimmer meiner Eltern. Das Frühstück war überraschend umfangreich – auf den ersten Blick wirkt es kleiner, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht, und von sehr guter Qualität. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es gibt nur eine Kaffeemaschine, wodurch man sich morgens teilweise 8–9 Minuten anstellen musste. Die Bar, die abends geöffnet ist, gehört zwar nicht direkt zum Hotel, ist aber absolut empfehlenswert – tolle Atmosphäre und ausgezeichnete Drinks. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Preis Leistung ist im Großen und Ganzen ok. Sehr großes Frühstück. Aber zu wenig Platz für die Gäste. Es gibt ein separates Restaurant in dem wir dann frühstücken durften. Wenn man aber weiß, dass das Platzangebot zu gering ist, könnte man es gleich mlt nutzen und eindecken. Die Lage ist ok. Allerdings sehr abgelegen und viele Obdachlose und Junkies unterwegs.

Stayed as a group of 4 ladies for a girly birthday weekend. On arrival the staff upgraded the birthday girls room to a suite. The suite was fantastic, spacious, stylish and comfortable. The area is great for exploring the heart of Hamburg. Overall we had a fabulous stay, my only feedback would be to include tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. In addition to this, a basic cleaning kit for the suite would be great for the washing up dishes etc.

Großes sauberes Zimmer mit einem angenehmen Duft. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ca 100m von der U Bahn Berliner Tor. Die altbackenen Flure hatten mir kurz Sorge gemacht, aber die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet

Et lækkert hotel

Et lækkert hotel. Eneste ulempe er, at restauranten aldrig er åben om aftenen. Dette var vores fjerde besøg, om der er altid en undskyldning for, at den er lukket. Dette til trods for, at det fremgår af hjemmesiden, at den er åben. Men vi kommer alligevel tilbage næste gang vi er i Hamburg.
