Most staff were friendly. Lots of selection at breakfast. Clean hotel and room. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure with lots of hot water. Minor issue if you are sensitive to Indian cooking smells you may not like this hotel as the restaurant features Indian food.

The water was hot and had good pressure. Not really much else to write about. There was also an odd smell of burning rubber in the eatery way of the area my room was in. It was very hot in the room and lots of spiders.

The recepcionist that attended when we arrive in the afternoon was not friendy and she gavd us a room in the floor that smelled very bad, when we arrived at night we didnt know how to entry the hotel and altough she was there at the recepcion and coul see and hear us coming, she didn't help us. The recepcionist from the morning was very kindly and changed us to another room on the 4th floor, that room was ok. The breakfast was very good. We had also problems at the parkplace, because there was a big truck parked at the corner and it got very difficult for me to get the car out of the parkplace, I also informed the recepcionist of the afternoon but she didn't do anything.When we arrived later the truck was still there.

Ok for passing through

Large family rooms (but single rooms are extremely small), but extremely noisy and hot (no ac or fans available). Run down area, but good with parking in the back of the hotel (would not have liked to park in the street).

Good value for a very low price

We have stayed at far better hotels and the breakfast was so-so (in a nice room though) but service was fine and the price was so low that it was execelent value for money ! And parking was cheap and easy at the back of the hotel.

The hotel is fine, clean with a very friendly staff. The neighbourhood is a bit ruf. It is quiet a journey to go to the city center by public transport. But if you travel by car it is no problem. A nice hotel to stay for a few days to visit Hamburg!

We booked a room that would sleep 5 people and then arrived very late due to a delayed train. They gave us 2 rooms instead of one, which would have been fine except that each room had only 2 single beds. There was no where for our 5th person to sleep. I had to beg for a pillow and blanket so that I could make my daughter a bed on the floor. This process took an additional 30 minutes after an already very long day. But, breakfast was good and the place was nice overall. It was easy to get back the the train via bus in the morning.

Wir hatte das Zimmer für 13 Uhr mit Zusatzkosten gebucht. Als wir 13.45 Uhr da waren wurde uns mitgeteilt erst ab 15 Uhr. Nach ewigen diskutieren und zeigen der Emails bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, wenig Auswahl. Im ganzen Hotel kein deutsches Personal , daher die Kommunikation schwierig. Für eine Nacht okay, würde es aber nicht wieder buchen.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Eier waren sehr hart gekocht. Der Parkplatz hat extra 5 € gekostet pro Nacht. Das Zimmer selbst war ein kleines Mini-Haus auf dem Parkplatz. Irgendwie kamen wir uns vor wie abgeschoben, weil wir mit Hund kamen. Gesagt wurde das es ein Tierfreundliches Hotel ist. Mit dieser Aktion war es meiner Meinung nicht so. Das Zimmer selbst, Gardinen waren nicht richtig befestigt, die Badtür ging nicht zu da diese kaputt war. Der Föhn im Bad braucht eine Beschreibung zur Nutzung. Wir dachten er ist defekt. Personal war nett. Auf Reklamation hieß es da haben wir heute keine Zeit mehr für. Alles in allem kann ich es nicht sehr empfehlen.
