Traumhafte Lage im Alstertal. Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Das Personal ist besonders zu erwähnen. Ich habe es selten in einem Hotel erlebt, dass das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Weiter so! So macht ein Aufenthalt richtig Spaß.

Für den Preis in Ordnung. Die Zimmer müssen allerdings besser gereinigt werden. Das ist nunmal das A und das O und da gibt es auch keine Ausreden. Spinnweben, Schlieren, Flecken auf dem Teppichboden.
