Best hotel in Europe

After a crazy night out we were woken up by one of the staff members knocking our door and offering us water, unquestionably due to the fact that we were piss-drunk when we arrived a couple of hours earlier. In addition to taking good care of two hungover lads, they let us sleep way past the actual checkout time. Overall: Great service.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Hamburger Stadtteil St. Gallen, fußläufig zur U-Bahn und zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist den Sternen nach angemessen, nur Unfreunde der SPD werden den Ausblick auf die Hamburger SPD Zentrale nicht genießen. Das Hauseigene Frühstück ist preislich in Ordnung, lediglich die Auswahl der Cerealien könnte etwas besser sein. Die sich im Haus befindliche Bar ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Cocktailpreise von 7-12 EUR sind der gebotenen Qualität vollkommen angemessen. Ein starker Abzug ist die sich im Haus befindliche Tiefgarage, welche durch einen schmalen Eingang und Enge Parkflächen nicht punkten kann. Besitzer eines SUV oder Kombis sind hier unter Umständen gut beraten die 200 Meter entfernten Parkflächen im Realcenter zu nutzen, welche preislich keinen wesentlichen Unterschied zum Hotel ausmachen.

Good hotel with nice staff

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. It is located near to the city center. Not always they have parking in the hotel but it is located neer to big super with huge parking garage.

Smelly room and please note: No AC.

We we were placed in a double room with an unbearable smell. Probably from smokers even though it was a non-smoking room. The lack of AC and poor ventilation did not make things better. We had to move to a single room for a cramped and hot night. The hotel did not give us any compensation because the room was booked through Hotels.com.

Leider in der Tiefgarage nicht genügend Plätze, man kann aber im real Parkhaus parken, nur Sonntag ist geschlossen und man kommt nicht rein. Bad riesig, dafür Dusche Mini, Standard Bad nicht das neueste!

Ruhige Lage des Zimmers und bequeme Betten.Die Dusche war etwas zu stark eingestellt. Der Strahl konnte schlecht reguliert werden. Es wäre schön wenn man im Bad die Möglichkeit hätte mit einem Heizstrahler oä es nach dem Duschen wärmer zu haben. Der Frühstückspreis könnte etwas günstiger sein.

L hôtel est bien situé. Le centre ville est accessible à pied ou par le métro. La chambre était petite, elle donnait sur la rue mais très bien insonorisée. La salle de main était minuscule mais propre. A l heure de pointe aux petits déjeuners il n y a pas assez de place, c est dommage car le petit déjeuner est correct. Dommage également que les assiettes et bols pour la salade de fruits, charcuteries ou yaourts soient chauds car juste sortie de la plonge lors du rush. Le personnel de reception est très serviable et avenant. Je n avais pas réservé de place de parking, le réceptionniste m a conseillé le parking public attenant RÉAL. Cela était parfait. Nous y avons séjourné en avril, il faisait très beau et nous avions chaud la nuit. La climatisation serait bienvenue. Très bon séjour malgré tout.

The Junges hotel was excellent for a business workshop. The staff were very supportive and flexible. Price was affordable. Room was modest with cool windows overlooking a sports area letting in natural light and a lively feeling. Sleeping accommodation were simple and clean. The meal in the restaurant was very good. People were incredibly helpful. If I were to make an improvement that would encourage me to stay more nights, it would be a higher quality mattress and linens for comfort and soundproofing for noise from the street at night. Overall excellent value.

I’ll come back here again!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying there. Everything was just fine, the hotel is located near to central station therefore you don’t need worrying about something. Besides, our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel seems to be a five star hotel and I just wonder why there was no fridge inside the room.

Es ist basic. Entfernung zur City ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Liegt aber an der Hauptstraße und man muss in jeder Richtung an sehr unangenehmen Orten vorbei, an denen nicht sehr angenehme Leute rumgammeln.
