The hotel is conveniently located, but the building feels quite old and has some heating issues. We had to change rooms, and even then I needed to adjust the heating pipes during the night to keep them working. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the television, which offered about three dozen channels—all in German—and none in English, such as BBC or CNN.

Das Zimmer war eine Höhle. Nächstes Mal schlafe ich lieber mit Patrick unter seinem Stein. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer, dementsprechend war das Bett nicht für zwei normal große Personen geeignet.

Das Zimmer was sehr einfach. Etwas klein und nicht das hübscheste, aber es war ja nur zum Übernachten gedacht. Was mich sehr gestört hat war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Es hing zwar ein kleines Kästchen an der Wand, über die man die Anlage steuer konnte, und es zeigte auch 20 Grad an, aber als ich den Regler runterdrehte auf 18 Grad, hat sich nichts getan. Die Nacht war in dem kleinen Zimmer so extrem heiß. Ich sah auch ein kleines Schloss auf dem Display. Das heißt wohl das man selber das nicht einstellen kann. Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Ich konnte meine Reisetasche nach dem Auschecken noch Lagern und nach meinem Auflug in die Miniaturwelt wieder abholen. Das war sehr praktisch. An der Bar der nette Mann, war auch immer sehr aufmerksam.

Trustworthy and honest staff

Very nice service and rooms considering we book late on busy weekend and to a reasonable price as well. Also I forget a lot of money in the safe deposit box, which after a phone call was found and put in the mail for me. I was very pleased to see there is some people with their moral in the right place.
