Bis auf den Lärm empfehlenswert

Stark verrauchtes Zimmer, aber alles sehr sauber und neu. Leider unter dem Gebäude ein Club, der die ganze Nacht Tekkno spielte. Auch der Check-Inn ist etwas aufwendiger, aber die Rezepion ist telefonisch gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Doppelzimemr Hui, vierbettzimmer Pfui

Die Zimmergröße und die Betten sowie die Lage sind großartig. Das Zimmer wird jedoch als Nichtraucherzimmer angeboten. Der Geruch im Badezimmer lässt DEUTLICH einen anderen Rückschluss zu. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, eine ordentliche Reinigung des Bades ist jedoch weder vor unserer Anreise noch während des Aufenthalts erfolgt. Im Badezimmer sind insbesondere die Fugen und Duschabdichtungen von Schimmel befallen, in einer Ecke haben sich die Spinnenweben bereits massivst angesammelt. Die Wascharmatur ist verdreckt und muss entweder komplett erneuert werden oder gründlich gereinigt werden. Neben dem Schimmel im Bad schimmelt jedoch auch die Wand am linken Fenster. Dort zieht sich schwarzer Schimmel über die gesamte Ecke hoch. Auch scheint die Wand am linken Bett einen Feuchtigkeitsschaden erlitten zu haben. Das ist schade. Insbesondere, weil wir die Möglichkeit hatten, in das Doppelzimmer nebenan (Rotherbaum?!) zu schauen, welches wirklich stilvoll eingerichtet war und das Badezimmer weder nach Zigaretten und Nikotin noch nach Schimmel roch. Zudem funktionierte an keinem der Tage das WLAN, das lt. Schlüsselanhänger vorhanden sein sollte. Gemäß den Buchungsinformationen war das Hotel dauerhaft ausgebucht - also ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich - und bei den eklatanten Misständen hätte eine einfache Reinigung nicht ausgereicht.

Fint værelse i et farverigt kvarter

kvarteret var nok ikke lige det vi havde håber på, nærmest Istedgade for 30 år siden. Men overraskelsen var derfor stor da vi så værelset, som både var tip top iorden og opgangen hvor det lå ligeså. Obs obs nøglerne skal hentes et sted tæt på et covid testcenter, det er her man bliver lidt i tvivl om man har bestil en tvivlsom overnatning.

Wir waren vor Ort etwas verwirrt, weil wir das Kleingedruckte nicht gut genug gelesen haben. So mussten wir uns mit anderen Gästen zusammen tun und erst mal zwei Straßen weiter die Zimmerschlüssel abholen. Das ging aber zum Glück recht schnell. Parken ist wirklich große Glückssache. Die Unterkunft war sauber, doch eines der Betten war sehr durchgelegen. Auf unsere schriftliche Anfrage, ob es auch ein Babybett gibt ist leider nicht eingegangen worden und Telefonisch ging immer nur der AB dran. Kommunikation also nicht so super.

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen, dass wir gebucht haben. Auch war der Check-In nicht gut erklärt, wir mussten drei verschiedene Adressen anlaufen. Das Zimmer lag in einem Flachbau, wir waren im obersten Stockwerk bei 35 Grad. Dementsprechend stickig war das Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war über einer Schwulenkneipe. Mit zwei Kindern fand ich das nicht so prickelnd. Das Zimmer an sich war nett eingerichtet und es gab bequeme Betten. Leider funktionierte das Wlan überhaupt nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Monierung wurde daran auch leider nichts geändert. Auch ist am Gebäude nicht zu erkennen, dass dort Hamburg Room Zimmer vermietet werden. Wäre nicht zufällig jemand da gewesen, hätten wir nicht gewusst, dass die Rezeption ganz wo anders ist und diese niemals gefunden.

Im Großen und ganzen okay. Unterkunft war den Bildern entsprechend sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Leider sehr hellhörig. Man hat mitbekommen wenn der Nachbar aufgeschlossen hat. Leider ist die Check in Rezeption 350 m weg und heißt nicht 'Hamburg Room' sondern 'Sleep Hotel'. (Steindamm 52). Die Adresse die im Internet steht ist nur eine von mehreren Unterkünften. Es ist leider nicht ausgeschildert wie man zum Check-in kommt. Wir sind eine Stunde herum geirrt und mussten zwei Mal anrufen bis wir es dann gefunden haben. Dabei ist uns aufgefallen das die Gegend nicht so gut ist, also als Frau abends nicht alleine raus! Wurden aber netterweise nach dem Check in von einem Mittarbeiter zu unserer Unterkunft geführt. Die hat es dann wieder etwas gut gemacht weil das zimmer wirklich schön eingerichtet war.

Wer keine großen Ansprüche stellt,ist mit dem Hotel auf der richtigen Seite ! Etwas hellhörig,aber sauber und geräumig! Betten und Bad alles super ! Sieht auch wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen und selber auch wiederkommen. Preis Leistung top ! Alles in der Nähe was man brauch ! Also bis zum nächsten mal !

Overraskende godt

Vi bookede et familieværelse til 4, og det eneste der var lidt forvirrende, var adressen man skulle hente nøglen på (en anden end den vi havde fået oplyst) derefter var det udelukkende en positiv oplevelse, med et fantastisk værelse, god beliggenhed og god rengøring hver dag. Kan godt anbefales og vil lede efter denne mulighed næste gang vi skal afsted.
