The hotel met expectations and was very nice. The hotel's strength is their staff, by far. The bartender, Viusal (sp?) is their biggest asset — he provided immaculate service that went above & beyond. Give him a raise!!!

Great for a short family break

Hotel is very convenient for the central station and U and S trains, easy to get to the airport. The breakfast buffet is very good. Room was clean, shower was large and worked well. Staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is very clean and in great condition. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and i felt took the extra effort to help you. However, no fault to the hotel itself, the location between the hotel and the 10min walk to Hamburg Central Station can be sketchy. I would suggest only doing in daylight and being congnizant of your surroundings. The hotel had great security.

Great place for a stay in Hamburg. Room clean and comfortable. On-site self parking (€30 a night). Quick walk to the train station - we were able to easily explore the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but probably not worth the price. Would stay here again.
