Would stay there again anytime.

Nice room, good location close to a station Berliner tour, where it was easy to go anywhere. Close to the center, but still quit at night. There is a good supermarket close by. Possibility to reserva a parking spot close by, easy asses to and from the parking, the spots are a bit small though, but we had a small car. ;) Al in al a pleasent stay.

Simple and suited to a short stay

Simply furnished accommodation, nice and clean with everything needed to suit our short stay. The apartments are in a block containing a mix of businesses and private flats, a distance from the city centre shopping and leisure areas, so if either of these are issues you might consider different accommodation. Good communication from the owners beforehand - they responded quickly to our email enquiries.

The hotel is overall okay. The kitchen is good, although it is a bit small. The beds are okay. The table was a bit too small for four people. The picture you see is not quite same as the real room. I had difficulty contacting the hotel as it requires us to provide the signature from credit card owner, which was weird and complicated. The entrance of the hotel was not apparent. It takes some time to find it. Please beware of the self check-in system. It is not a traditional way to check-in.

금연실을 예약하고 체크인했는데 담배냄새가 찌든 흡연실이었습니다. 데스크에 전화로 항의했더니 시티아파트먼트는 흡연실만 있다고 했습니다. 호텔 시설 정보를 수정해서 제대로된 정보를 알려주셔야 되는거 아닙니까? 아이까지 동반한 여행이었는데 담배냄새와의 전쟁으로 아주 많이 힘들었습니다. 환불을 강력히 요청합니다.

Great location, great apartment, great service

Great location, excellent service, clean comfortable and spacious apartment. We would definitely stay there again. They arranged for a cot and highchair for our baby which was really helpful and emailed us with tips about Hamburg which was a nice touch. Supermarket 5 mins away, station 5 mins away. Centre is about 30 mins walk (with a 7 and 5 year old and a baby in a buggy) or 5 mins on the tube. We will definitely be back.

Super Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem schön ruhig.! App. okay aber zu teuer. 80€ die Nacht wären angemessen gewesen. Fehlendes Licht am Bett. Es hing ein übler Geruch vom Vormieter in der Luft. War nach einem Tag dann aber Okay.

Super Lage

Der erste Eindruck war erschreckend, denn der Eingangsbereich des mehrstöckigen Hauses war wenig einladend. Die Wohnung selber im vierten Stock war aber völlig in Ordnung, sauber, einfach aber zweckmäßig. Der Wohn-Schlafraum war geräumig genug für uns drei Erwachsene, es gibt auch einen Balkon - der Ausblick ist so richtig großstadtmäßig auf einen Parkplatz und die angrenzenden Häuser, die sind aber weit genug weg. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, uns hat nur der Flaschenöffner gefehlt. Im Badezimmer ist eine Dusche mit genügend Druck und heißem Wasser. Das WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert. Das größte Plus der Wohnung ist wohl die Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahn-/ S-BahnStation (tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß), sodass die Stadt leicht erkundet werden kann.
