The hotel is situated right next to the sea and the sunsets are stunning. The room is big and quite comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet had a continuous noxious odour that may be from the backflow or exhaust of other units.

Mercure Saga Karatsu Resort
Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning ...

Beautiful room with jacuzzi and projector. Such a neat and beautiful mix of comfort, luxury and modernity. We loved it! Would love to come back to stay there if we visit Itoshima again. The camping coffee brewing set available to pick up from the lobby added fun for us definitely!
