"鳥取駅近くのビジネスホテル。早朝の移動だったので利用しました。以前こちらのグループのホテルを利用していたので電話番号でデータが出て来て便利でした。チェックインまで荷物を預けたら部屋まで運んでくれたのが嬉しかったです。古いビジネスホテルをリノベーションしたのか内装や雰囲気は良いのですが、お風呂の蛇口が今どき珍しいお湯と水を自分で混ぜる方式で苦労しました。リンスインシャンプーも珍しいですね。女性にはアメニティのポーチをくれて中にシャンプーとリンスが入っていました。他はテレビも大きく出て来て配信も見れて、良かったです。エレベーターが小さいのが２基だけで、後からのった人が先に降りて先にチェックアウトするのがモヤモヤしました。ホテル周辺にコンビニもお食事処や居酒屋もあるので食事は楽しめます♪"

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the famous bathhouses, restaurants, and the charming canal, making it incredibly easy to enjoy everything this wonderful town has to offer. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful town."
