"When I arrived! I showed my medical 10 pounds service dog! Wasn’t an issue! I got a call in the morning telling me that I was not allowed to have a dog in that room! The hotel wasn’t pet friendly! I explained what happened when I arrived! The front desk woman insisted on why the clerk the evening before didn’t take a pictures of my documents! She was really annoyed me"

"It was okyish stay overall, we stayed 3 nights at this location of BW, pool was good with hot tub, however, we had really worse experience upon c/in the black old lady, I don’t remember the name but was so so rude not even greeting, smile and properly guiding, morning and night staff were accommodating, also I left the keys 2nd night in the room when we came from havin dinner, black guy asked me ID very rude, like we aren’t staying, we did found the keys in the car and didn’t want to make my day bad at all while arguing. We have stayed in hundreds of hotel in busiest ones too but never experienced this kind of staff upon c/in. Definitely should find better ones who value/do their job properly. Overall nice bcz of pool and morning staff. Thanks."

"I spent 4 nights, was told on my second day that they do housekeeping every other day. In the scheduled day, they “forgot” my room needed housekeeping and when I asked at the reception, he said it was too late and that he would leave a note to do first thing the next morning. Third day, I left early, and made sure to confirm at the reception that the room would be cleaned, yet when I returned close to 6:00 pm, it still wasn’t done. I asked at reception, and they seemed to not even know what I was talking about. I told them I need to be referred to the entity in charge to complaints, be it a form or website, and only THEN did they start rushing to attend to my request. Honestly, I often stayed at Quality Inns and Hotels whenever I travelled, but this time was my worst experience ever with them. Maybe it’s specifically the Ambler Dr location? I am not sure..z but management is terrible."

"We flew in at 3 am so we ended up falling asleep at 4 am just to be woken up by two cleaning staff yelling and swearing in the hall just by our room. I guess professionalism just went out the window who cares that we paid for our room and asked for a late check out. We had been to this hotel a few times but this time will definitely be the last. What I got from their conversation was that one lady was accusing the other of taking a sheet off her cart well in my world what happened to working together. When my husband advised the front staff of this her response was we try not to put anyone in this room as it’s across the house keeping. Well what about using lower voices to have respect for clients."
