"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. "The junior suite was amazing and the blinds were fun. Large bathtub also a bonus. What was not fun was the pull-out sofa. Maybe b/c I'm from the US but that was NOT a pull out bed. Extremely uncomfortable. When I called downstairs to ask for bedding/linens for the bed, the front desk woman was shocked that I was asking for it! She said "is someone going to sleep there?" And she told me if I wanted linens I would have to come get it myself. The person sleeping on it said they woke up in the middle of the night with the most painful jaw pain and back pain. So please if you are considering this room and are planning to use it, just don't. That whole experience is what took me away from 5 stars. Parking on site super easy."
