"Very nice place, wonderful staff and shuttle. Parking is nice. I have stayed 3 times, first 2 was on second floor, Very comfortable beds. The last time I stayed was on first floor and the bed was uncomfortable. Property is very nice. "

"The breakfast was decent but it didn't have any breakfast meat which i thought was odd because they had 2 dishes of scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, mini muffins, breads and bagels, cereals, fruit and a mini pancake machine. The facility itself was great. I had an issue with only 1 staff member, the morning of our departure, i let the front desk person know one of the coffee dispensers was empty and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to let whoever handles refilling it know. Not great customer service."

"We walked in …. Turned around and walked out! The place smelled so bad of pot and stale cigarettes. The restaurant was closed. There is NO indoor pool. Not located in the best part of town. Extremely disappointed. "

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty."

"Great food at the restaurant. Our room was super dusty on almost every surface. Toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. Staff was very nice and accommodating. "

"Great overall experience, every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. We forgot one minor toiletry item, called down to reception to inquire if they happen to have what we neede and it was delivered to our door, free of charge within about 5 minutes. "

"Didn't clean the room, shampoo was out, pool was closed period of time both days. Loud as ever, doors slam...."
