"The overall stay was good, we had all the useful amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange cabs and they had a free shuttle to the Golden temple. However cleanliness could have been better, it's a dated hotel on the inside and so surfaces looked old and unclean. There needs to be more attention to detail when cleaning or prepping a room. We loved that there was a beautiful mall right next to the hotel at walkable distance."

The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City."

"Great hotel. Rooms are generous size. From the housekeeping, the front office staff, restaurant staff are very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast buffet variety is tops!"

"Food was poor. Amritsari fish was deep fried with a dark brown crust (as if fried 3-4 times). Chicken was served cold and had to send it back to get it warmed up. Did not order mains after this experience."

"One of the best hotels to stay when you’re visiting Amritsar and specially Golden Temple. It’s just few seconds away from golden temple. And is always lit up. Very positive vibes. Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar. "
