"Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up. They fixed the heat quickly and it had already gone up 2 degrees so we went to dinner. Room was room when we got back. Would stay again, just wish they had breakfast."

"What a fun stay! We stayed in the Backstage section in one of the retro trailers. They are so well designed and the comfort level is bar none. We loved the cool gifts (hats, snacks and beer) and the thoughtful layout of the space. We swam in the outdoor pool even though it was 19 degrees outside - so much fun. Everyone was fabulous from the front desk to the valet. Breakfast was plentiful and the nitro cold brew in the lobby was very tasty."
