"Great location, very clean facility with amenities, the staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate a room change request very quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable-great after a long day and night of exploring. Breakfast was included with the suite we had and had a good selection to choose from. The only thing I would recommend is to get a room on the Market street side. The drinking age in Nova Scotia is 19 and the bars on the Grafton street side allow their patrons to wander around outside making all kinds of noise. It was easily between 3:30 and 4:00 a.m. when it finally stopped (hence the room change!) I would stay there again as long as I picked the quiet side of the property!"

"Excellent location to many tourist attractions such as the Harbour Boardwalk, Pier 21 and the Citadel. Price was decent for a room but the hotel and rooms are a bit dated. The rooms were clean and well maintained. No food or liquor services at the hotel in the evenings. There is a restaurant attached that is open during the day. There are many restaurants and pubs close by that are open in the evenings. The hotel is also attached to a mall where you can find shopping and a small food court during the day."

"Modern clean and well designed property with small kitchen. Gluten Free toast provided for my wife with fresh fruit, real scrambled eggs, yogurt and even roasted veggies.Staff even got gluten free cereal for my wife and gave us thank you gift of water and snack nuts with towel swans on the bed. Counter for sink kind of high for couple 5.5 Inches tall, but clean useable. Otherwise everything perfect. Garage is tight squeeze for most vehicles but expected for location in heart of growing city. Staff well trained and helpful."
