My wife and I were kind of scared when we first pulled up to the property as it is located in a very shady part of town. But once inside, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. There was a bar, the wifi worked, the TV was a smart TV. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. The staff were very helpful. Other than the location, this place is a diamond in the rough.

We had booked 2 rooms and 109 the sheets were dirty in both beds. It took 2 requests to get the room cleaned. The breakfast was great. Bathrooms were clean. It’s an old hotel and there are carpets to be replaced and some freshening up to do

This was listed as a boutique hotel. It may have been a boutique hotel at some point in the past but now really needs some serious TLC. We did get clean towels and bed made daily but I don't think the floor was swept at all in the 4 nights we were there. The plastic glasses were never replaced. The staff were polite and seemed to try hard
