"The service, cleanliness, location and breakfast are fine, but the size of the premium king room is smaller than I expected. It would be more convenient to have a kettle and mini fridge in the room. The major problem is noise from piles, the shower room’s slide door and the thin walls and ceiling. I can even hear the noise of flushing the toilet from other rooms. My sleep quality is significantly affected by various noises at night. I would expect a much better experience of staying in a 4-star hotel."
