Divya Sutra Plaza and Conference Centre, Vernon, BC
Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. However the large red stain on the door (which I hope was coffee?) and the stained carpet were tough first impressions to overcome.

The Parkside Hotel & Spa
It is a very nice property and I would normally highly recommend it. However, it is very odd. We had a two-bedroom suite, and there is no door or privacy around the main en-suite toilet.
