Amazing historical property! Grounds were well kept, great food & drink options on site, and walkable to everything. We did the property ghost tour during our stay and it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend the hotel & the tour!

Brownwood Hotel & Spa
Expected windows to at least open with the pool view. Loved the dimmers on the light switches. Made great night lights.

The Waterfront Inn
The Waterfront Inn was the perfect location for us. It was within walking distance to the Square and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Our room was very nice! The entire staff was excellent! Landing At Wildwood Near Lake Sumter Landing
Overall it was a good stay. Unfortunately, the bedding and couch had dog and/or cat hair all over it; which made for a bad time for my daughter whom is allergic to both. Thankfully I bring my own sheets. Fridge was not cleaned behind the handles, so I was grabbing onto sticky dried up food.
