Staff was helpful and place was clean, however it is a very old hotel and felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. There was also no one else there so the lights were turned off in the common areas like the steam room, sauna, and pool.

Flamingo Resort Cat Ba
Room very clean, comfortable with a great view.Staff were great and went out of their way to make our anniversary special.Really great breakfast and although we had a minor room problem and had to be moved the management were extremely professional and looked after us well.
