"The entire Staff was awesome ! We came on a very busy memorial day weekend and we were a large party of 11 with 3 rooms. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. and the hotel amenities were great. Even though it rained part of the time we had a great time. This was a five star hotel for me."

"The place is very clean and well maintained. Our room was very small so next time we will upgrade yo a larger room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a great location close to alot. Even our budget room had a nice view of the lake. Plenty of parking too. Overall a real bargain and will stay here again when we visit family up here."

"Property was clean and peaceful; views were really nice; staff was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part of the review ends. Soundproofing was nonexistent—you could hear your neighbors’ conversations as if you were with them, never mind TV or children. The resort (along with every other resort in the area) is too far from the lake shore, except for a few cabins. The restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch. The person in charge of the recreation center had absolutely no clue what was available. Lake George Village and the surrounding area is a desert of good food and entertainment, save the Six Flags theme park, which is kind of dated. This area is several notches down from Saratoga Springs, where at least you can wine and dine decently and go to a concert. We will not be back."
