"There was an issue with disturbing nearby guests who got unto verbal abuse on me at telling them to behave as they were extremely noisy late at night. They did not comply with the house rules. It ought to have been they were permanently barred from the hotel due to this. This should go without any prompt from my side. But the staff said nothing about it other than the usual sorry saying. They just sent someone to "talk to them". Result: These thugs stayed for one night, they are welcome to come back. I stayed for three nights and will never come back. The staff at Grand, you need to reply to this message. Just change your policies to bar people that misbehave."
