I used debit card to pay for the night's stay and even though the quoted price was $98.03 the deducted price was $114.82 Am I eligible to request a refund of $16.79? Why was there a difference in price?

VIAs Appartements und Ferienwohnungen
Stilvolles Appartement, wo man sich sehr gern aufhält. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Keller abstellen (Pumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfreich und entgegenkommend und die Altstadt beginnt vor der Haustür.

Es ist sehr erfreulich, dass alte Werksgebäude einer weiteren Nutzung zugeführt werden. Das war mal eine andere Erfahrung. Bad und alle Geräte sind neu. Kühlschrank ausreichend groß. Der Öffnungs- und Schließmechnismus ist etwas gewönungsbedürftig, aber dann geht es. Betten waren ebenfalls gut. Nachts ...
