Comfortable hotel in Hafar Al Batin

The location of the hotel was good for my work there, spacious room, bathroom, breakfast was good but same daily menu. It has parking at the basement, reception staff very helpful.

Great overall until you need some customer sevice.

Looks new but not the best. Good for the location, and definitley not 4 stars hotel. Location in center. Overall, not gonna book again. Friendly reception staffs. Not good with customer service at all.

Breakfast was good. The dinner was supposed to be room service via a QR code but the QR code went to an empty google docs site. Hence there was no dinner. Since the curbs are high and there is no consistent sidewalk, walking to dinner also was not a great option. Otherwise, a very nice hotel- clean, new, modern.
