The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby. The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. "Weird. Room was great! Location is unbeatable! VERY LOUD! From street noise. The hotel rules and services were unclear. We tried to eat at the restaurant but were informed we needed reservations (who knew?). Although the restaurant was nearly empty, we were moved to a side room where they served us the WORST schnitzel I’ve ever had. We were accompanied by others eventually but we were made to wait too long to clear dishes and get our bill."
