"My wife and I are in our mid-60’s and love the “adult” pool which is separated from the “family” (kids) pool by the hotel building. The room we booked was overlooking the family pool and the outdoor bar. This side of the hotel tends to be noisier at night. After we arrived and were checking in, we were able to upgrade our room to the opposite side of the hotel, which overlooks the adult pool and has a better ocean view. We also enjoy going to the hotel’s casino every night after dinner. "
"The food at Holiday Inn was the best of any island I have been to. The people working there are exceptional and go out of there way to make sure you are happy, the service could not be better, the resort is very clean.
The one thing I did not like is that there was no night time entertainment, we feel with a family the nightly shows are a must on a resort. Also I did not like that the resort charged money for a gazebo by the pool, it was like $200 American for the day, I though that was unacceptable and should have been included for when you pay for all inclusive. The food is expensive if you do not do all inclusive I strongly recommend with a family to opt out for the all inclusive it is really worth it. Can't wait to go back to the Holiday Inn."
