Reached the hotel counter after about 30 hours journey and then this booking hassels. I had to dp the fresh on the spot booking. I had full faith on Expedia. But now? Who will compensate me, a 78 yrs old sr citizen , for such harassmrnts?

"Very clean property, excellent staff all around. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, General Manager down. Was great to see a hand written welcome note from the General Manager in the room. Great housekeeping and restaurant staff.
Breakfast needs a bit of variety though. Given that most people are long stays, gets a bit repetitive."
