"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. "Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…"
