Room itself was great, on the small side which is very standard in London but sparkling clean and comfy beds. Easy check in at reception. Would definitely stay again."

Staff were first class throughout, from reception team to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, the room we had at the rear of the hotel was exceptionally quiet.
