"I've stayed at the guesthouse for the third time now and I am happy to return again. Especially the staff makes the stay enjoyable, so I would recommend joining one of their events."

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"We stayed at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel for almost a week during our trip to Japan and overall had a good experience.
The location was excellent—very central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We rarely had to go far for anything, which made our stay very convenient.
The housekeeping staff was outstanding. Our room was always clean, and they were consistently friendly and professional.
The only issue with the room was the air conditioning. It never cooled as well as we had hoped, especially in the summer heat. The hotel provided us with a fan on our second night, which helped tremendously.
Unfortunately, our last impression was disappointing. While checking out, I was using the luggage scale located next to Guest Services and the luggage carts when an older gentleman working there raised his voice and told me to use the scale outside because this area was busy.
After staying here for nearly a week, I found this unnecessary and unwelcoming. There were other guests standing nearby talking and meeting friends, yet I was singled out for simply using the scale where the hotel had placed it. If they don’t want guests weighing luggage there, the scale should be moved to a more appropriate location.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its location and excellent housekeeping, but I hope guest service during checkout can be improved."
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The 32nd floor rooms and lounge are the reason to book this hotel. The lounge is lovely with views of Tokyo tower. The rooms are spacious and beautiful on the 32nd floor with views of the whole city. The breakfast was varied and lovely in the lounge. We truly felt spoiled. Any issue we came across was resolved. It was a very hot summer so our room was a bit hotter than we would have liked. The entire staff went above and beyond to resolve the problem. On the second night they moved/upgraded our room for the inconvenience and we had a lovely last sleep in Japan. Fujikake was an amazing manager. 0n our last day, we got sweaty walking around Tokyo and had already checked out. Since the kids cannot enter the spa to shower we didn't know what to do. She opened a room for an hour so we could all shower before going to the airport. We could not be more grateful for the incredible service and attention."
"When in Shinjuku, we stay at the conveniently located Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku. It's across the street from Shinjuku Station and a large shopping center. The rooms are small, as expected in the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The TV displays which floors have how many clothes washers and dryers in use, so you don't have to go up and down looking for available machines. The hotel is dated, but comfortable and convenient.
I checked our luggage with the front desk. This took about 45 minutes, due to a finicky app and a front desk that couldn't/wouldn't just write it up for you.
The breakfast buffet looked okay, but seemed overpriced, so we went elsewhere.
We'll stay here again as the location can't be beat for its proximity to the trains and shopping."
