"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "Excellent location, perfect for us. Breakfast was very good, the bar staff were great and reception were good every time we needed them. The rooms were excellent. They were spacious and well appointed. We'd definitely use the hotel again if we go back."

"The room was clean, with a clear view of the mountains. We stayed on the third floor. We also used the pool, hot tub, and the sauna after our hike to Morskie Oko which was a short 20 min drive away. The staff was excellent and met or exceeded our needs in our 2 night stay. The breakfast was great with a variety of food, and lots of coffee and tea options. Would recommend to a friend or family to stay here."
