"The staff are very kind and always willing to help. Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because the human treatment is excellent, but cleanliness and maintenance...

"생각보다 숙소가 깔끔하고 깨끗하네요. 조식은 주문식인데 맛있습니다. 좀 아쉬운 부분은 수영장 물 관리가 좀 부족하고 샤워기 수압이 아주 약해서 씻기 불편했습니다. 위치는 번화가 큰길에 위치하고 있어 편리합니다. 메가킹마트가 가까이 있으며 야시장까지 택시비 4만동 나옵니다. 여기 호텔앞 노점 과일상에서 망고 1kg에 2만5천동 저렴하게 팝니다. 싸고 맛있어서 매일 사먹었네요."

Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort

"What a great resort. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this place truly deserves one. Even before our trip started, the staff contacted us about our arrival at the airport, which is a free service they provide. When we landed in Phu Quoc, the staff was already waiting for us. We felt so welcomed. When we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with a free, delicious non‑alcoholic drink. With the infinity pool in the center of the building and the ocean waves crashing right in front of it, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Our breakfast was free and super delicious beautifully presented with so many varieties to choose from. The restaurant staff was always happy to assist. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping came every day. This place took care of us from A to Z. Definitely will come back here."

"We had a wonderful stay at Salinda Resort. The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a great variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant, Pakka, which is highly rated, but unfortunately neither my wife nor I enjoyed the food. Based on our experience, we would not recommend it. On the other hand, we had a late lunch at Clay, by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We also booked massages at the spa, where the staff was equally professional, welcoming, and attentive. Be sure not to miss the sunset from the pool and beach area—it is absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to end the day."

"Fantastic resort. Staff were very helpful. Biggest resort I’ve ever stayed in, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful pool & good happy hour every day. Great buffet breakfast. One of our kids needed stitches and there was a nurse on site that assessed him very quickly and helped us with information to the nearest medical centre. This area of phu quoc is mostly just resorts. There were however some nice restaurants on the beach right next door to the resort if you don’t want to have all your meals there. Highly recommend the Turkish place next door, called Istanbul. It’s close to sunset town by taxi which is quite a weird little place as well- kind of like a deserted movie set. Not sure how all the businesses survive there!"
