"Good service but not too well maintained. Scotch tapes on tv, bathroom glass. Not that top class look! Also a couple of staff members didn’t seem to be decent towards women folk."

"Great place to stay in lucknow as the room was super spacious. The building was newly made and the host design the room with very luxury style. "We did not stay there, address is not correct, could not reach them via phone or messaging. We requested for cancellation via Expedia app, no idea if it is cancelled or not. "

"Room was not clean, and not maintained, bathroom had cigarette butts when we checked in, cleaner was cleaning room with same cleaning cloth as bathroom. In terms of servicing don’t expect anything. Room didn’t had geyser."

"You know your room wasn't cleaned between customers when you find a floater in the toilette, and dirty sheets. Upon complaining to management, they gave us another room and promised that this one had been cleaned."
