Small equipped kitchenette, comfortable pillows and mattress, lovely warm water and good pressure. Large screen TV on wall was a pleasure to watch with a good selection of viewing. The lift made for ease of transport from ground carpark to the 1st floor units.

Very close to the main road despite being down the further end we still heard sirens and trucks all night. Also noise from guests coming in late at night. The room doesn't have a solid wall only windows so the noise travels. Make sure you have ear plugs, no fans so used white noise on my phone. Bathroom is in need of a refurb. It's rates quite high from Gympie so I'd hate to see the other motels with a lower score. Staff were friendly.

Fabulous venue with one exception - the lift was out of order. (We were travelling with a friend who has mobility issues.) That said, the rooms were pristine and the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was also excellent. Nelson Reserve, Memorial Park & the centre of town were only a short distance away. 9/10

The room was clean and compact. Kitchenette included a microwave that allowed me to have dinner in my room without too much fuss. Easy after travelling for the day.

Nice staff. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfy bed. Lift out of order. Not suitable for elderly. No chairs in room to sit on. Only bar stools at high table. Having to sit on bed didn't make for a comfortable stay.

The property was very clean, both in the room and the general condition of the public spaces and gardens. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and the undercover car park was spacious, well lit and had security cameras. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was very easy. Lovely and helpful staff. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Tv wasn't working but was fixed as soon as we let staff know. Kettle needs replacing though. Went to make a cuppa and luckily I checked inside before filling. Inside was black!

this motel is exceptional. It is very well thought out, the rooms are very functional, with table to eat at and kitchette. I was staying because working in the area and it was perfect. I felt totally safe unlike other motels in Gympie that I have stayed at. The convenience of laundry and kitchette were perfect for what I needed. I will definately stay again, thank you

Unfortunately, I really dislike that check-in procedure. What made it worse was I hadn’t receive the text message and yet I was trolling through at least three emails and their links to attempt to find the secret combination. The only lucky thing was the lady accidentally bumped into me and assisted me once again. I’ve got history on these unstaffed places and I detest them.

The entire place is very clean, very well presented and very inviting. With a number of little things thoughtfully considered that most other places do not. Great location. Very good access. Beds are ok but a little too hard for a good nights sleep.

Nice unit - well laid out. Good parking. A bit on the noisy side though with the road nearby and the tradies starting work at 5:30 and having conversations right outside my door. No on-site food.
