"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. "The hotel offers amazing view of the bridge and the cable car which is particularly impressive at night. Stayed in an ondol room, which was great but it was very hard to control the underfloor heating resulting in the room overheating at night. Not sure if there was a fault or we were lost in translation on how to control it. Other than that the room was super clean even if a bit dated. The hotel has a convenience store and is about 15-20 minutes walk across the bridge from the harbour area....
